Ranks and Rewards

The Guild Council:(Each member of the council has one vote, in matters that require a council vote. The Council is expected to keep each other informed of any important guild matters.)Guild Founder – The Guild Founder assists all members of the guild and is responsible for all issues within the guild and in inter-guild relations. The Founder is the primary leader of the guild and is expected to do whatever is needed to help improve the guild and move it forward, in keeping with its history and ethos. The Hippo – (See Guild Founder) Lord Chancellor of Libations – (See Guild Founder) Lord/Lady Councilor – Lord or Lady Councilors assist members with inter-guild issues that may arise. They inform Founder(s) on any important issues and how they were taken care of and recommend potential repercussions for actions. These at-large councilors are also responsible for reviewing guild applications and adding new members to the guild. Lord Ambassador – The Lord Ambassador coordinates the guild's activities as it relates to alliances and other inter-guild agreements. He oversees the guild's ambassadors and works closely with the Lord Marshal on matters of PvP. Lord Marshal – The Lord Marshal is primarily responsible for the Marshal’s Army and coordinates the guild's combat activities. He takes first responsibility in responding to assistance requests from members who have been attacked. He works closely with the Lord Ambassador on matters related to other guilds. Lady Merchant – The Lady Merchant is responsible for managing the guild inventory and guild storage. She is the primary seller of guild items which are not useful to the guild. All proceeds will go to the guild for these sales in one way or another, which will be discussed with guild leaders. She also helps outfit members with available items. Other Special RanksGuardian of Honor – The Guardian of Honor is our supremely lordly member, thepaguy, who has proven himself to be a model of lordliness throughout the guild’s history. (Rank the same as Order of Honor).Order of Honor – The Order of Honor is a special rank given to members that have proven to be the model of what it means to be of Lordly Calibur. They assist members with any issues in there is no Council Member available. Ambassador – Ambassadors represents the People of Lordly Calibur in inter-guild relations - assigned to specific guilds and/or alliances. They communicate with assigned guild at least once a week and files a reports any significant inter-guild developments or issues on the Alliance Reports Forum. Ambassadors also assist with item recall and new member recruitment. Mentor – Mentors are those who have shown a commitment to the guild’s priorities and values. Their primary responsibility is to mentor other members, providing advice when needed and being proactive with seeing how younger members are doing. Mentors also assist with item recall and new member recruitment. Honoured Legendary Warrior – This is the greatest ranking that can be bestowed upon any guild member upon retirement from the game. These members have assisted in shaping our guild and lending its aide during the darkest times. Honoured Knight of the Realm – These members have gone into a semi-retired status. This ranking is reserved for members that have been with the guild for a long time and have been significant in the shaping and sustaining of the guild.
Experience RanksExperience Ranks are earned based on the amount of experience contributed to the guild (in parentheses). There are two rank paths available for members who have been knighted. The traditional path represents our bread and butter as well as our history. The Marshal's Army represents a more aggressive path, though no less lordly or honorable. * Members of this rank and higher gain access to direct withdrawals from Guild Storage. Other RanksCrusading Brethren - This rank is reserved for persons who have notified guild leadership of an upcoming absence.Lost Brethren - "Lost Brethren" members are those who have been inactive for at least 14 days without explanation or mention to a guild leader. Any member with this rank is eligible to be removed from the guild is spaces are required for new members. The member to be removed from the guild is determined by the lowest amount of contributed experience. A member who returns to the game after being assigned this rank can be moved back into the standard ranks by demonstrating a contributing role in the guild as determined by guild leadership. (Minimal activity does not count as contributing.) Slacker - This rank is reserved for people who login but never hunt, speak, or otherwise contribute to the guild in any noticeable way. [unranked] – Members at this rank have seven days to make 1,000 experience contributed to the guild or can potentially be kicked out of the guild. Disciplinary RanksChamber Pot Custodian – Members at this rank have made a repeat violation of the guild storage policies within the month. This rank is kept for 3 days, during which the member may not remove items from the guild storage on his or her own, nor will they be allowed to use guild store items. After 3 days, the member is restored to his or her previous rank.Serf – Members at this rank have made a minor infraction of guild rules, or shown some sort of unlordly behavior. They have been stripped of their guild ranking for some period of time, but will regain their title once the time frame is up. With this some of their normal guild permissions have been stripped as well. Dungeon Resident – Members at this rank have made either a gross infraction of the guild and/or HCS rules or the Usage Agreement . They are pending leadership discussion on whether or not they will be allowed to stay within the guild. They are stripped of all guild permissions while in this rank. Their groups are not to be joined, and are not entitled to any guild members buffs. |
