I. Behavior - As a member of our guild you are required to carry yourself in a lordly manner, this means that should you think that something you are doing or are about to do is questionable to you or you think that other members would question it, then don’t do it as this is most likely not lordly behavior. Begging and any form of harassment is not tolerated. Additionally, members are expected to use ‘clean’ language in guild chat.
II. Deposits - Gold & FSP deposits into the guild bank are not required by guild members. However, gold deposits are encouraged to help with guild upgrades & equipment.
III. Buffs Steps to get buffed
- Check the bios of online members. All members willing to give buffs should list their buffs in their bios and any requirements and restrictions. Do not ask for buffs they do not have!!!
- Please limit your buff requests to 3 at a time, unless the bio indicates otherwise.
- PM the member with your specific buff request. "Please buff me" is not acceptable.
- If there is nobody online with the buff you desire, you may post in Guild Chat asking for direction on where to find specific buffs or consider checking with allied guilds, or try purchasing your buffs.
- Posting buff requests (example - Can I get this buff?) on Guild Chat is not allowed & will be considered begging.
- The only exemption from this rule is in case of EMERGENCIES (example - Help! I'm being deleveled!)
IV. PvP - Members are permitted to engage in PvP with a few exceptions:
- Members may not attack allies or NAP members (this exception does not apply to acquiring relics or clearing bounties using 10 stamina hits).
- Thievery, Mercenary activity, and the attacking of defenseless players is not lordly and not allowed.
- Any members participating in any form of PvP (including bounty hunting) outside of guild sanctioned events (such as group hits or wars) are responsible for themselves in the matter. That is, they are not eligible for alliance or guild protection from bounties and the natural flow of PvP.
- If a PoLC member is attacked by another player (outside of normal bounty hunting activities), they will not participate in trash talking or making threats.
- The member can either request the gold be returned, retaliate with a counter-attack, post a bounty on their own, or ask for guild assistance by posting the attack on the "Attacks" forum (include logs of all resultant conversations and screen shots if possible.) If assistance is being requested, any online guild council members should be notified via personal message to draw our attention to the Attacks forum.
- All attacks reported on the Guild Forum will be reviewed by Council members. Response to attacks may or may not include a guild sanctioned PvP event. Any repercussions from these sanctioned events will be fully defended by PoLC.
- Members will not counter-bounty after 10 stamina bounty clearings, nor will they engage in any 'mercenary' activities.
V. Guild Storage - The Guild Store is not to be used at any time to store personal items or to make unsolicited 'donations' to the guild. Should you have an item to be donated to the guild you must contact the Lady Merchant for instructions.
- Access: Members of rank "Knighted Champion" and above may remove items from guild storage on their own.
- Recalling: Members of the Guild Council, the Guardian of Honor, Ambassadors, and Mentors may recall items.
- With the exception of "Shared" items (see below), items which are equipped by a member may not be recalled.
- Items in a members pack may be recalled if and only if they are returned to the pack within one hour of recall. The one who held the item first is to be notified by the recaller which items and to whom the items were sent. If items are not returned promptly, the member who requested the item will be put into the Chamber Pot Custodian rank.
- The Guild Store keeps items that are to be returned immediately after use other than those stored temporarily for transfer between members after recall.
- All items in the Guild Store are for guild sharing. They are to be returned after use & you may not hold these items when offline.
- When taking the items, you should take the full set. If you don't have space (and you are holding other parts of that set) consider selling your parts and purchasing more backpack space. If they are guild owned, consider sending them back to Amdiriel, chezhd, or Eludain so that you have space to use the shared set.
- If you take items from the GS and do not return them within 1 hour of going offline / inactive, the enforcement process will as follows:
- 1st Violation: Warning
- 2nd Violation: Chamber Pot Custodian Rank for 3 days
- 3rd Violation: Serf Rank for 7 days
- 4th Violation: Dungeon Resident for 7 days, then Serf for 7
- (Violations clear after one month of no violations).
- Items stored are subject to change as needed, so if you have a question about an item, please ask one of our Virtuous Merchant or an Armory Assistant.
Items for Amdiriel's backpack Levels 20-60
Items for Mordedura's backpack Levels 61-150
Items for chezhd's backpack Levels 150-300
Items for Eludain's backpack Levels 301+ (These values & item availability are subject to change and tweaking as our guild changes and levels up. )
VI. FS Mercenaries - Members are allowed to hire FS mercenaries for Super Elite hunts and completion of mandatory quests. (If the member does not have sufficient rank privilege for the hiring, they should contact someone who does).
- Members are expected to pay the expense of the hiring by depositing the gold funds immediately after the hiring. If more than one member is hunting, they may split the costs. Payment must be in gold, not in FSPs.
