Please use this thread for any and ALl discussions on this subject,

I will begin by asking what will the cost be in terms of guild XP,

1 -we could kick inactive members to make spaces, this will lose a lot of guild XP in the short tertm, while thier high lvl players can replace this quickly, they may decide not to stay and we lose out.

2 - that they buy spaces with FSP and expand our guild numbers,so we do not lose out on Guild Xp when they leave, this also proves thier intent to stay with us if they pay,

i agree with your points tpg,and will look at costs to ourselves ,while we do have a cost list and i belive the cost is free to over lvl 60,as you say we want to ensure we do not suffer too much,by way of making space, should they not commit.

with being a new member myself i think option 2 is better because it does go to showing some commitment,as recently we have seen a couple mates join up then leave relatively fast, nah mean

First of all, i want to give thanks to Thanos for the work he is doing cleaning the guild of inactives and replacing the blanks with new members.

At the moment, we have 20 On Vacation Members, the lowest contributors has 2,723 and the next is 642,227. But, we have also have 6 more members wich in this 18 days has contributed with less than 1000 xp and the xp they sums is lesser than 215,000.

I believe is better the lost of one inactive because can be replaced for new one, and if that new let us, still have the slot available for other member, finally an active will fill it.

BUT, we also have people who being actives they are not hunting, and we also 8 inactive members who have contributed with more than 1,400,000 xp, those must be the last members to kick.

To buy new slots can be great, but we canīt forget that the upkeep of structures is based in the amount of members in the guild. Some inactives can be expensives.

I'm trying real hard to talk my neighbor who lives above me to start playing and join the guild, but he just bought Oblivion and is now oblivious to the world around him.....
